THE CANTABRIAN SEA ON THE TABLE

 

ORIO is characterized by the reinvention of the Basque tavern, a gastronomy based on an overflowing pintxos counter, along with a short varied menu inspired by the fishing villages in the Basque country. Iron, rust and sea scents come together to offer something different in an informal atmosphere to provide the best fish dishes of the Basque Country.


The distribution of the restaurant consists of a space entirely dedicated to the pintxos counter, along with an extensive cellar of red and white wines, and another space dedicated to the pleasure of tasting the dishes on the menu. All under a 12-meter trainera fishing boat, the main protagonist of the setting of the space.
